The Adventures of Propaganda is the continuation of a long story about Mussolini's dog, begun in a previous collection (hence the pagination), in which the dog meets Mrs. Chamberlain's Pekinese and helps effect a détente. OCLC locates four copies.
First edition, first impression, inscribed by the author; 8vo; colour frontispiece portrait of the author by Magritte, illustrated throughout, some browning to leaves (mostly marginal), marbled endpapers; publisher's half cloth over marbled boards, gilt lettering to spine, top edge marbled, edges and corners slightly rubbed, overall a very good copy; [viii], 57-284pp.
