Presentation copy with a drawing by George Condo. Inscribed by Condo to Hilary Gerrard with an original drawing titled 'War against the tutu':

'for Hillary [sic], / who is [crossed out] here in Rampoldi's / sat alive and well / War against the tutu / love Condo [signed] March 21, 1998'.

Hilary Gerrard was Ringo Starr's manager for over thirty years and a director of the Beatles company Apple Corps. Laid in is a press release for a screening of Condo Painting (1998), a film by John McNaughton, at Théâtre des Variétés, Monaco with a note and another original drawing of Hilary Gerrard on the verso.
