Limited edition, number 387 of 750 copies signed by the artist; large 4to (320 x 260 mm); 20 colour plates, each with a titled paper-guard, some minor, peripheral age-toning and browning, more so to preliminary leaves and untrimmed (as published) fore-edges, otherwise very good; publisher's decorative vellum, top edge gilt, others untrimmed, neat contemporary ink ownership to upper secondary blank endpaper, replaced silk ties, darkening to patterned endpapers, slight darkening to spine, very mild dust-soling and slight bowing to boards (as usual), otherwise a very good copy of this beautiful edition; loosely inserted is a contemporary 'Notice' for an exhibition of 'the originals of Mr. Edmund Dulac's illustrated works', at the Leicester Galleries, printed in red.
