First edition, number 1,066 of 2,000 copies; 2 vols, 8vo (184 x 132 mm, 7¼ x 5¼ in); a few pages in vol. I lightly creased at inner margins; publisher's brown printed wrappers, slightly rubbed and scratched, very good overall.
