ROWLING, J.K.
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
Stock Code 115470
London, Bloomsbury, 2000
As noted by Houston in his letter, the book signing tour to promote Goblet of Fire was Rowling's largest and many of the signatures can appear a little rushed as in the present case. Nevertheless the signature bears all of Rowling's usual hallmarks from this period.
First edition, first impression, signed by the author on the dedication page, a letter of authenticity from Adam Houston (Harry Potter and J.K. Rowling signature specialist) loosely inserted; 8vo (207 x 126 mm, 8¼ x 5 in; the now usual slight age-toning but otherwise fine; publisher's pictorial boards, with corresponding dust-jacket, slight lifting of laminate to upper flap-fold, due to the age, otherwise near-fine and not price-clipped.
