This scarce satirical fantasy set in 20th-century Ireland follows an English writer's journey to save the world from a second great flood with the help of two hapless Irish farmers.
First UK edition, first impression, inscribed by the author; 8vo; light foxing to prelims and endpapers, else unmarked internally; publisher's light blue cloth, titles to spine and upper cover in green, light spotting to edges, with the original unclipped dustjacket, spine and extremities toned, folds and extremities slightly rubbed, mild spotting and dust-soiling, else very good.
